Dana Qtaishat is a Senior Investment Principal and founding team member at AB Ventures, where she leads VC investments across global markets. She is responsible for sourcing and executing cross-border deals while driving portfolio growth through board representation, strategic advisory, and financial support. Dana’s expertise spans the full investment cycle, from due diligence to tailored exit strategies, in addition to stakeholder engagement and fund oversight.

With over a decade of experience in venture capital, Dana has built a strong track record across the Middle East, Europe, and the US. Prior to AB Ventures, she held roles at Silicon Badia, First Investment Group, and MetLife. She holds a Master’s degree in Finance with First-Class Honors from the University of Jordan.
