Dr. Rawaa Harati is a distinguished economist with a wealth of experience in Development Economics, Diplomacy, Strategy, and Communications.

In her current role, Dr. Harati serves as Advisor to the President of Lebanon on International Economic Cooperation. She is also a member of Lebanon’s official committee for negotiations with the International Monetary Fund (IMF), contributing to the advancement of structural reforms and economic recovery efforts.

In 2018, Dr Harati served as an advisor to the Prime Minister of Lebanon, led the international affairs office and was the focal point in ministerial committees, and spearheaded key initiatives such as the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

During her time at the World Bank Group in Washington, DC, she contributed to global development initiatives across various regions.

She further broadened her corporate experience as the Head of Government Relations and Public Affairs at the Majid Al Futtaim Group in Dubai, seamlessly integrating corporate goals with government initiatives.

Founder of KINZ, Dr. Harati, spearheads a consultancy dedicated to fostering a profound understanding of Economics and Geopolitics for both established and rising leaders, all designed to elevate their intellectual capacity and strategic thinking in a world increasingly shaped by complex economic and geopolitical challenges.

Dr. Harati holds a PhD in Economics from Sorbonne University in Paris and a dual bachelor’s degrees in Economics and in Politics and International Affairs from the prestigious London School of Economics. She expanded her academic pursuits at Brown University in Rhode Island, where she co-authored pivotal papers in her field.
