Eesha Khader is the Principal and Associate Director of Investments at AKG Investments, a global family office specializing in Deep Tech and Education. With a proven track record in identifying opportunities and driving value across diverse portfolios, Eesha plays a pivotal role in shaping the firm’s investment strategy and managing relationships with industry leaders, family offices, and investors. Her expertise spans venture capital and private equity with a focus on sourcing and executing high-potential deals that align with AKG’s strategic goals.

In addition to her role at AKG Investments, Eesha is a Partner at Achar Capital, where she leads investments in early-stage deep-tech start-ups. She also has significant experience as the former Head of Strategy and Co-founder at Equall, a skill development platform for STEM women in India. Eesha is passionate about mentoring start-ups, having guided pre-seed stage entrepreneurs at the University of Surrey’s innovation center, where she graduated with First-Class Honours in Business Management and Entrepreneurship.
