Ekaterina Chernova is the co-founder of Octagon and brings over 20 years of financial expertise, specialising in the Private Equity and Venture Capital sectors, with an extensive international background. With eight years of experience as a CEO, Ekaterina has a proven track record in business and strategy development, having managed a multi-family office with over USD 10 billion in assets. She is highly skilled in M&A, restructuring, transformation, corporate governance, change management, and the development of HR strategies.

Ekaterina has completed executive education at Harvard Business School and is an active member of several prestigious organisations, including the Dubai Business Women Council (DBWC), the Young Presidents' Organisation (YPO), YPO MENA One Chapter, and the Association of Independent Directors.
