Field Pickering joined Conduit Group in Singapore in late 2024 to establish and run the Private Markets Practice Group, bringing with him a 10+ year track record in venture capital and digital assets. Prior to Conduit, Field spent a decade at Vulpes Investment Management, a leading alternative investment firm which was one of Singapore’s earliest venture capital investors and the first licensed fund manager in Singapore to launch a crypto currency investment strategy . Field served as the Chief Operating Officer & General Counsel before starting and running Vulpes Ventures, the venture capital arm of the firm. Field helped to establish Libre Capital in 2023, a fund of funds which is revolutionizing omnichain access to real-world assets and is backed by some of the leading players in the Web3 and digital assets market. Field sits on the board of Libre Capital’s Singapore fund and Conduit Group manages the Cayman and Singapore funds for Libre.
