Gayathiri Ramachandran is a strategic leader and investment professional with more than 12 years of experience driving cross-border growth, mergers & acquisitions, and capital raising across Asia, Africa, and beyond. She leads high-impact initiatives at LOLC Holdings PLC, one of Sri Lanka’s largest diversified financial conglomerates, which operates across South and Southeast Asia and, over the past decade, has expanded into Africa and Central Asia. LOLC has become a dominant force across financial services, hospitality, and infrastructure, managing a USD 7.0Bn asset base and delivering scalable, sustainable business outcomes.

Previously, Gayathiri held senior roles at Moody’s Analytics Knowledge Services, leading global equity research, and has extensive experience in business development, branding, and finance across local and multinational conglomerates. She holds professional qualification from ACCA and has completed a BBA (Hons) in Management from the University of Colombo and an MBA from the Postgraduate Institute of Management.
