Imtiaz Hussain is an accomplished leader with over three decades of experience in investment banking, asset management, and wealth management at leading global institutions, including Citibank, Barclays, and St. James’s Place. Throughout his career, he has successfully navigated complex market cycles, deploying capital across global markets, diverse capital structures, and the full risk/reward spectrum.

As a Partner at Icon Asset Management, a Swiss-based investment fund, Mr. Hussain has focused on sourcing high-quality opportunities, executing strategic investments, and delivering sustainable, long-term value for investors.

He also serves as Managing Director & Head of Middle East at Alexa Capital, a global corporate and investment bank specializing in energy transition. In this role, he advises corporates, entrepreneurs, management teams, and investment funds on strategic alternatives, including M&A, capital raising, IPOs, recapitalizations, and divestitures.
