Jaspreet Randhawa brings over two decades of experience at the nexus of global financial services, capital markets, and technology, with a deep specialization in transforming innovation into high-performing investment strategies. As Managing Director and Head of Investments at Burkhan World Investments, based in Abu Dhabi, Jaspreet leads the firm’s multi-asset portfolio spanning private equity, private credit, and strategic technology investments, underpinned by a “Profit with Purpose” philosophy. Her mandate focuses on sustainable value creation while consistently delivering superior risk-adjusted returns.

Throughout her career, Jaspreet has held transformative leadership roles at some of the world’s most respected financial institutions, including SunGard (FIS), Broadridge, Corvil, ICAP, and DTCC, where she played a central role in shaping the evolution of capital markets infrastructure and financial technology. Her leadership has been instrumental in steering complex initiatives involving securities processing, post-trade modernization, market data optimization, and regulatory-driven innovation.

Jaspreet’s investment acumen is rooted in her ability to manage and grow diverse portfolios across asset classes, structure sophisticated transactions, and identify compelling opportunities across global markets. Her expertise extends to navigating dynamic regulatory environments, scaling fintech platforms, and building cross-border partnerships that drive long-term capital growth.

She holds a BSc, BMC, and MBA from Durham University and is an alumna of Durham Business School and Harvard Business School.
