Kishlaya has 16 years of experience, of which 11 years have been in the infrastructure investment/policy sector. This includes the current experience at the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) for the past 8 years, working as a Project Team Leader (Deal Lead) for sourcing, preparation, approval, documentation, and implementation of Private Equity / Venture Capital investments. In his current role as Senior Investment Officer, he is responsible for investments in Private Equity / Venture Capital funds which are investing in various digital initiatives / technology-enabled infrastructure across AIIB member countries in South and Southeast Asia.

Kishlaya is based out of Abu Dhabi, AIIB's first global operations hub (outside Beijing headquarters). Kishlaya is currently working on implementing the AIIB Venture Capital Investment Program.
