Lucy is the Founder and Managing Partner of Token Bay Capital - a venture capital firm investing into crypto and blockchain startups with a presence in Abu Dhabi and Hong Kong.

Lucy has focused exclusively on the crypto space since 2018. Prior to founding Token Bay Capital in 2021, she was a senior leader of PwC’s global crypto team where she advised entrepreneurs and financial institutions on their crypto and blockchain projects and worked with central banks and other regulatory bodies to help formulate their crypto-asset frameworks and policies.

Lucy has a traditional finance background having worked in banking and asset management for Goldman Sachs, Credit Suisse, and Schroders. In 2023, the Hong Kong securities regulator (SFC) appointed her as a Member of their FinTech Advisory Group to help facilitate policy deliberation on the convergence between crypto technology and traditional finance.

A trusted voice, keynote speaker and regular contributor to mainstream media, she has been featured by Bloomberg, CNBC, The FT, Fortune Magazine, Business Insider and several other top finance and crypto publications.

Lucy graduated from the University of Oxford.
