Marwan Bouez is a seasoned investment professional with over 20 years of experience across real estate private equity, direct and fund investments, M&A, and investment banking. He currently serves as Senior Director at the Public Investment Fund (PIF), where he leads local real estate and infrastructure investment initiatives, including fund management, direct deals, and strategic advisory projects.

Prior to joining PIF, Marwan was Head of Real Estate Investments at MASIC, and held senior roles at Shuaa Capital and Merrill Lynch, where he led and executed multi-billion-dollar transactions across global markets. He has also played a key role in establishing and scaling several companies within Saudi Arabia.
