Omar Gull is the Founder & CEO of Cledor. He is at the forefront of the real estate industry, spearheading the development of The Woodland Residences in Dubai, a remarkable project valued at AED 425 million. Under his leadership, Cledor has planned a substantial pipeline of projects worth AED 2 billion over the next 12 months, solidifying the company's position as a key player in the market.

Omar's illustrious career path has seen him achieve sales upwards of USD 20 billion. He has held key leadership roles, in leadership roles including the Former Head of Sales at Emaar Properties, Former General Manager of Emaar Saudi Arabia, Former Head of International Business at DAMAC Properties, with prior experience at JLL.

With over a decade of real estate expertise spanning 30 countries, Omar has garnered multiple awards for his outstanding contributions to the industry. His unique background in both engineering and an MBA from top universities equips him with strong analytical abilities and a profound understanding of various business verticals.

Omar is not only a business luminary but also a technology advocate who has led multi-million-dollar sales initiatives, including over 350 real estate sales transactions through eCommerce and more than 150 transactions through mobile apps. He believes in the power of technology integration in real estate.

Outside the corporate realm, Omar dedicates his weekends to teaching at various Business Schools, showcasing his passion for education and sharing his extensive knowledge with the next generation of leaders.
