Tanja is MD and Head of EMEA business development for Constitution Capital, a USD6.8bn AuM asset manager focussed on private equity (primary fund investment and co-investment) and private credit/direct lending. She is responsible for sourcing and evaluating investment opportunities as well as for facilitating strategic partnerships with select institutional counterparties.

Previously Tanja held senior positions in direct investment across equity and mezz debt as well as in primary fund investment, secondary investment and business development. She also served on the Executive Committee and Investment Committee of an asset manager, now part of StepStone Group. Before PE, Tanja worked at Citigroup in London & New York.

Tanja speaks English, German, Portuguese, Italian, French, and Spanish and holds an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh and a Masters in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Economics in Vienna. Most recently, she completed an Executive Programme on Circular Economy and Sustainability Strategies at the University of Cambridge.
