Andrejka Bernatova is Chairman and CEO of Dynamix Corporation III and Managing Partner of Dynamix Capital Partners, an energy and infrastructure investment firm. An investor and operator, she has deployed more than $35 billion across energy and infrastructure over her career, and the Dynamix team has raised more than $500 million across public and private energy vehicles. Her experience spans corporate finance, capital formation, investment, operations, and public-market transactions. She previously served as CEO and Director of ESGEN and held CFO roles at Enchanted Rock and Goodnight Midstream. She co-founded Core Midstream and held finance leadership roles at PennTex Midstream Partners. Earlier in her career, she worked in investment banking at Morgan Stanley and Credit Suisse and held investment roles at Blackstone, Mubadala, and Masdar Clean Energy. She holds an A.B. in Government from Harvard University.
