Mr. Larson is a Managing Director, Co-Head of Equity Group of Monroe Capital. He is responsible for executing new equity investments, working with existing portfolio company management teams on value creation initiatives and arranging for the disposition of investments. Mr. Larson has over 15 years of experience in corporate finance with over 20 years of experience in private equity investing. Prior to Monroe, he was a Managing Director at Willis Stein & Partners responsible for investments in the infrastructure services and niche manufacturing verticals. Prior to joining Willis Stein & Partners in 2006, Mr. Larson worked in various roles in the corporate finance group at Motorola. He earned his M.B.A. from University of Chicago Booth School of Business, his M.S. in Taxation from Northern Illinois University and his B.S. in Accounting from Truman State University. Mr. Larson is also a non-practicing Certified Public Accountant.)
