As Senior Director of Growth and Venture Capital at Nicola Wealth, Jason oversees the investment and asset management of the firm's Venture Capital Fund.With 15 years of investing experience across multiple private market asset classes — including venture capital, growth equity, private equity, and secondaries — Jason brings a wealth of expertise to his role. Prior to joining Nicola Wealth, he served as Director at OMERS Growth Equity, focusing on growth equity and venture capital investments. During his six-year tenure, Jason played a critical role in shaping its strategy, building the team, and helping lead the origination, execution, and asset management of investments. Before OMERS, Jason was an investor at CPP Investment Board, specializing in private equity secondary and co-investments. He began his career in investment banking at Houlihan Lokey. He earned an Honors Business Administration (HBA) degree from the Ivey Business School at Western University and is a CFA® charterholder.
