Kristin Dacey is a Managing Director and heads Bulltick’s Real Estate division, acting as the Chief Investment Officer (CIO) for Bulltick’s proprietary real estate funds. In her role, she is responsible for setting the strategy for Bulltick’s real estate investments and managing client’s real estate portfolios. She also leads Bulltick’s HerWealth Circle initiative, a trusted, supportive community empowering women to confidently navigate their finances, and Bulltick’s Women’s Network, an internal community supporting women’s growth and advancement. Concurrently, she serves as the CIO at Emprenta Impact Investing and sits on the board of a social enterprise in Mexico.

Kristin has 25 years of experience in investments and asset management. She has been with Bulltick and its affiliates since 2016. Previously, she spent eight years with the private sector of the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) in the U.S. and Colombia. She also worked for GE Capital for seven years in progressive roles across several businesses in the U.S. and Mexico.

Kristin has presented at 30+ industry-leading conferences around the world. She is an adjunct professor at The Autonomous Technological Institute of Mexico (ITAM). In 2023, she was recognized by Kayo as one of the Top 23 Women in Private Equity and was selected as part of Influential Women recognizing women leaders creating meaningful impact through leadership, innovation and professional excellence in business, finance and their communities. She was also named Most Strategic Investment Leader 2026 - Real Estate Investment Management (United States) by Acquisition International Magazine, Recognized Among Top 100 Women Leaders for 2026 by GPMG.

Kristin holds B.S. and B.A. degrees from Virginia Tech, an MBA from Arizona State and a master’s degree from the Thunderbird School of Global Management. She is fluent in English and Spanish.
