Nate founded Roo Capital to be a highly differentiated investment firm supporting founders with their most pressing needs: capital, talent, and growth execution. Previously, Nate was a Managing Partner at Acertitude, the Founder & CEO of VC-backed PeopleMatter, and Vice President of Sales at Benefitfocus (NASDAQ: BNFT) from its rise as a startup to becoming the largest benefits enrollment software provider in the U.S. Nate is a member of YPO, an Aspen Institute Fellow, and was appointed economic ambassador by UN Secretary Nikki Haley in 2015.
