Nayef Perry, Global Head of Direct Credit Nayef is a Managing Director and Global Head of Direct Credit based in the Miami office. He is an Investment Committee member and is responsible for leading all aspects of the firm’s credit platform. Prior to joining Hamilton Lane in 2013, Nayef was a Vice President at GE Capital where he focused on middle-market sponsor-backed leveraged finance transactions. Nayef began his career as a management consultant at CEB. Nayef received an M.B.A. from the Thunderbird School of Global Management and a B.A. in International Affairs from the George Washington University.
