Paul Hudson is the Founder and Chief Investment Officer of Glade Brook Capital, a global growth equity investment firm with approximately $6 billion+ in assets under management. Since founding the firm in 2011, Paul has overseen investments in high-growth businesses across AI, fintech, space, defense among other sectors. Under his leadership, Glade Brook has backed leading private companies, including Stripe, SpaceX, Revolut, Databricks, Ramp, and Neuralink.

Prior to founding Glade Brook, Paul was a Managing Director and Head of the Technology, Media & Telecommunications group at Shumway Capital Partners. Earlier in his career, he held investment roles at Rhombus Capital Management, Alterity Partners and Morgan Stanley. Paul earned an A.B. with honors from Georgetown University and received the 2024 Outstanding Investor Award at the Georgetown Entrepreneurship Excellence Awards.
