Seth Weissman is the Founder and Managing Partner of Urban Standard Capital, a New York based private credit and real estate investment firm. Since launching the firm in 2014, he has helped build a platform that has deployed more than $2.1 billion across 245 debt transactions, with a particular focus on luxury residential lending and other middle market real estate opportunities. Before founding Urban Standard, Seth worked in the Investment Banking Division at Goldman Sachs and in the real estate private equity group at Perry Capital.
