Tom Williams serves as Chief Investment Officer of Willow Wealth, setting the investment standard for every manager and fund on the platform. As Outsourced Chief Investment Officer at Morgan Stanley, Williams oversaw $56 billion in multi-manager, multi-asset portfolios across institutional and family office clients. As CIO and President of Pine Grove Asset Management, he built and led a multi-strategy fund of funds through a management buyout, ultimately exiting via strategic sale to Man Group. Williams began his career as a corporate and intellectual property attorney, a foundation that continues to inform his approach to investment structuring and risk evaluation at Willow Wealth.
