Gabriele Questa (London) joined KKR Capstone in 2018 and currently serves as Co-Head of KKR Capstone in EMEA, where he leads large-scale transformation initiatives across the region. Within KKR Capstone, Mr. Questa focuses on the firm’s European Private Equity and Credit businesses and is a member of KKR’s European Private Equity Portfolio Management Committee. He also serves on the boards of several KKR portfolio companies. Prior to joining KKR Capstone, Mr. Questa was a managing director at Alvarez & Marsal in London, where he led large-scale transformation programs for private equity funds and their portfolio companies. Earlier in his career, he held a CFO role at a private-equity–owned renewable energy company, where he led its business transformation. He began his career in investment banking, advising clients on capital structure and financing strategies across Europe. Mr. Questa holds an MBA from INSEAD (France and Singapore) and a bachelor's degree in law and administration, summa cum laude, from L. Bocconi University in Milan, Italy. He is fluent in Italian and English, and has a working knowledge of German and Spanish.
