As a conference speaker, your registration is complimentary. We will register you, and you will have access to onsite receptions, exhibitions, and all conference spaces.
If you’d like to invite any contacts or colleagues, we’ve put together a 10% discount for you. That’s on top of the early bird discount we are currently running.

Deadlines

The presentation submission deadline is 2nd November
Any presentations slides you plan to use will need to be submitted as PowerPoint Presentations (not PDF) . Please remember to bring your presentation on a flash drive as back-up.
If you are unable to attend the conference, please do let me know that you cannot attend. Please ensure that you also secure a replacement speaker for your session.
ConnectMe App Information
We would like to remind all speakers that we do not send the attendee list out.
If you would like to view who will be attending, you will be able to do so via the ConnectMe app.
The app can be used for organising meetings, viewing the agenda, viewing the attendee list, accessing speaker presentations, and much more.
You will receive an email with your login before the event.
