Adam Fliss is a Founding Partner of Patient Square Capital and the Head of Strategy, Capital, Legal, and Government Affairs. He has over 19 years of experience in alternative investments, law and government affairs. Prior to Patient Square, Mr. Fliss was General Counsel of TPG Capital. Prior to TPG, Mr. Fliss was an Associate in the private equity group at Ropes & Gray. Mr. Fliss received a B.A. in Political Economy from Tulane University and a J.D., summa cum laude from Suffolk University Law School. He has served as trustee of Project Healing Waters, a charitable organization dedicated to the rehabilitation of disabled veterans through fly fishing and fly tying, and The Law Foundation of Silicon Valley. Mr. Fliss is currently a trustee of the Ira M. Millstein Center for Global Markets and Corporate Ownership at Columbia University.
