Accomplished executive, investor and board member with a successful career in the US and globally. Andrejka has experience in building and leading public organizations and private equity backed companies and her industry expertise spans multiple verticals of the infrastructure and energy industries.
Andrejka is the Founder and Managing Partner of Regen Capital, operationally focused investment firm specializing in control and control-like investments in proven and profitable businesses in energy and infrastructure. Andrejka is also Chairman and CEO of Dynamix (NASDAQ: DYNXU), a publicly traded company formed in 2024 looking to partner with proven, market-leading companies and management teams in the energy and infrastructure ecosystems.
Prior to her current role, Andrejka was the Founder, CEO and Board Member of publicly traded ESGEN (Nasdaq: ZEO) which targeted opportunities in energy transition. In 2024, ESGEN closed its business combination with Sunergy Renewables LLC, the largest installer of residential solar in Florida. As an entrepreneur, Andrejka was a part of the management team of PennTex Midstream (NASDAQ: PTXP), which started the company in partnership with a leading energy private equity manager, took it public in 2015 and ultimately successfully exited via a sale to a large strategic player. As an executive, Andrejka has had an impact in several organizations steering them through pivotal growth stages and successfully leading capital raising and strategy formulation efforts, such as IPO preparation, leading growth equity recapitalization or exits. Some of her previous roles included CFO at Goodnight Midstream and CFO at Enchanted Rock Energy.
Previously in her career Andrejka held investment roles at The Blackstone Group and at Mubadala Development Company / Masdar Clean Energy, a ~$250B Abu Dhabi sovereign wealth fund. She started her career as an investment banker at Credit Suisse and Morgan Stanley, advising clients in strategic and capital market transactions.
Andrejka is an active board member and advisor including her involvement across multiple committees with her alma mater, Harvard College. She is also a recipient of numerous industry awards.
On a personal side, Andrejka completed the Marathon des Sables, a ~200 miles ultra marathon race across the Sahara Desert, biked over 600 miles across Tibet and Nepal to the Mt. Everest Base Camp and volunteered in orphanages and construction projects in Kenya, Chile, Nepal and Egypt. She has lived, worked and studied across five continents and speaks five languages.
