Andrejka Bernatova is a seasoned investor and executive with experience in the US and globally with expertise across multiple verticals of the infrastructure and energy industries including oil and gas, decarbonization, midstream and power. She’s deployed over $35B of capital as an investor, operator and advisor. Andrejka is Managing Partner of Regen Capital Partners, a private investment platform focused on decarbonization across grid efficiency and distributed energy, clean fuels, critical materials and sustainability technology. She is also the Chairman and Board Member of a publicly traded company, Dynamix (NASDAQ: DYNX) focused on acquisitions in the oil and gas industry. Previously, Andrejka was the CEO and Director of a publicly listed company, ESGEN (NASDAQ: ESAC). The company focused on opportunities in the clean energy and renewable infrastructure value chain that fundamentally disrupt the energy landscape by accelerating a shift to a low-carbon future and ultimately merged with a solar company forming a combined business, ZEO Energy (Nasdaq: ZEO). Andrejka previously served as CFO of Enchanted Rock Energy, Goodnight Midstream, and Core Midstream (which she co-founded), and held finance leadership roles at PennTex Midstream Partners (NYSE: PTXP). Earlier in her career, she worked in investment banking at Morgan Stanley and Credit Suisse, and held investment roles at The Blackstone Group, Mubadala / Masdar Clean Energy in the UAE, and the World Bank. Andrejka holds an A.B. in Government with a Citation in Spanish from Harvard University
