Chelsea Wang is a Portfolio Manager in the Private Equity Group at JPMorgan, where she focuses on primary fund commitments, co-investments, and secondaries across the buyout, venture, and growth markets.

The Private Equity Group manages approximately $40 billion in assets across separate accounts, diversified commingled funds and ’40 Act registered funds, on behalf of institutional and private investors. The Private Equity Group is a bottom-up, opportunistic investor across primary fund commitments, co-investments and secondaries.

Prior to joining the Private Equity Group in 2021, Chelsea worked in real estate investment banking at Barclays and FIG M&A advisory at KPMG, both in New York City. She holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BBA from the Schulich School of Business at York University.
