Dan Zweben is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company where he helps leads the firm’s efforts across the sports and sports-related media industries. Dan has extensive investment banking and corporate law experience and has completed a number of high profile mandates advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity capital raises and restructurings and recapitalizations. Dan’s recent sports experience includes transactions across major professional leagues in the US and Europe.

He began his career as an M&A lawyer at Skadden, Arps, Slate Meagher and Flom in New York City. Dan resides in Los Angeles with his wife and two sons.
