Gilbreath is Co-Founder and General Partner of Springdale Ventures, an early-stage consumer brands venture fund. She has been an active investor for over a decade and brings more than twenty years of experience as an entrepreneur in consumer products (CPG) and the health and wellness sector.
Before launching Springdale Ventures in 2019, Genevieve founded and managed two import/export natural product companies, scaling them into international markets. From 2016 to 2018, she led SKU—the premier CPG accelerator—helping dozens of founders refine their growth strategies. She was also a founding board member of Naturally Austin and the national Naturally Network, advancing the CPG ecosystem nationwide.
Genevieve’s investment approach is grounded in deep operating experience, a robust founder network, and a track record of spotting high-potential consumer brands before they break out. Based in Austin, she is an avid world traveler and outdoor enthusiast, with a personal commitment to supporting companies that improve people’s lives.
