Gordon Lin is Managing Partner of Libra Value Partners, where he advises clients on complex valuation matters for tax, financial reporting, transactions, and litigation. He has extensive experience valuing businesses, complex securities, intangible assets, and structured interests across private equity, venture capital, and hedge funds, serving clients in industries including technology, life sciences, financial services, real estate, and manufacturing. Prior to founding Libra Value Partners, Gordon spent approximately 15 years at Cabrillo Advisors and FMV Opinions (now part of Stout), leading valuation and transaction advisory engagements. He has also served as an expert witness on valuation matters. Gordon holds an MBA from the USC Marshall School of Business with a concentration in financial analysis and valuation. He is an Accredited Member of the American Society of Appraisers, a board member of the Asia Pacific CPA Association, and a frequent speaker on valuation and transaction topics.
