Mr. Christon has 24 years of financial advisory and management experience with a focus on distressed investments, corporate restructuring, and business valuations. At Crestline, Mr. Christon has been involved with several portfolio financing and fund restructuring transactions. He also oversees the portfolio financing underwriting and asset management for the Fund Liquidity Solutions Group. Prior to joining Crestline, Mr. Christon was with Waterview Advisors where he advised underperforming companies, performed business valuations and provided litigation support for clients in bankruptcy court. Before that, Mr. Christon was a member of the corporate restructuring groups at KPMG, Alvarez & Marsal and FTI Consulting. Earlier in his career, he focused on business valuations and investment banking services for the firms Bernstein, Phalon & Conklin, and Houlihan Lokey. Mr. Christon holds an MA in Applied Economics, a JD and an MBA from Southern Methodist University, and a BS in Economics from Auburn University.
