With over 42 years of C-level global experience in the tech sector, Ivan is a seasoned investor, advisor, board member, author, public speaker, and educator.

Ivan is the Founder and Managing Partner at Navigate Ventures, which offers a unique, differentiated investment thesis focused on providing an accelerated path to DPI & liquidity by offering "A Extension Rounds" for AI-native B2B Enterprise SaaS companies outside Silicon Valley during their early growth stages, and helping them get to growth rounds. Ivan has also been an Adjunct Professor at USC Marshall School of Business where he taught classes on raising growth capital, venture capital, private equity, entrepreneurship, and founding successful startups.

Mr. Nikkhoo Is frequently published and is a regular speaker at conferences around the world, and received his MBA from USC Marshall School of Business and his Bachelor of Science in Engineering from McGill University. He has completed executive education programs at HBS and Stanford and is a General Securities Principal licensed with FINRA/SIPC. He lives in Bel Air, California with his family, enjoys travel, and is an avid skier and sailor.
