Jason Wright is Managing Partner and Head of Investments at Project Level®, a women’s sports fund affiliated with Ariel Investments, where he leads deal sourcing, execution, due diligence, portfolio management, and value creation. He previously served as President of the Washington Commanders, becoming the youngest and first Black president in NFL history. During his tenure, he oversaw business operations, secured development rights to the RFK Stadium site, and helped facilitate the team’s record-breaking sale. Prior to this, he was a partner at McKinsey & Company. He played seven years in the NFL as a running back, serving as team captain and NFLPA representative for the Arizona Cardinals. He currently serves as a board member on the Denver Summit FC, League One Volleyball, and The Commit Foundation. Jason holds a BA from Northwestern and an MBA from University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
