Joe is a Partner at Raine, where he helps to lead Raine’s work in Music and Live entertainment. Joe has worked on a variety of transactions including the sale of AVL Digital (CD Baby) to Downtown Music Publishing, the capital raise for music label / publisher Hitco Entertainment, SoftBank’s acquisition of Sprint, various SoftBank investments in the Indian tech sector, the sale of DramaFever to Warner Brothers, and the sale of Secret Sounds to Live Nation. Joe has also helped lead a number of Raine’s investments, including SoundCloud, Blackbird Presents and C3 Presents (sold to Live Nation).

He currently serves on the Board of Directors of SoundCloud, Firebird, and Blackbird Presents.

Prior to joining Raine in 2010, Joe worked at merchant bank Grail Partners where he advised and invested in asset management and financial technology companies. Joe has a B.S. from the School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University.
