Before Present Ventures, Kit co-founded the music management company Everybody’s, guiding the careers of Mumford & Sons, Keane, and Laura Marling, who collectively sold more than 30 million albums and won multiple Grammy and BRIT Awards. He later co-founded the global creative agency Sunshine, where he worked with the leadership of companies including Apple, Nike, LVMH, and Kering to define entertainment-led strategies and investments that connected brands to culture at scale.
