Kyle is a Managing Director and US Data & Analytics Practice Lead at Accordion, with nearly two decades of experience in data, analytics, product, go to market, strategy and delivery across enterprise software, services, and distribution.

Kyle has spent the last 5 years building and running the operating group at Incline Equity Partners helping portfolio companies define their value creation strategy and execute the VCP. He built a leading operating team spanning Technology, Product, GTM, Finance, Operations and Talent. Prior to Incline, he ran the data and analytics group for Slalom in San Francisco and helped launch the technology practices in Charlotte. His practices were the fastest growing tech practices in Slalom history.

Kyle's focus over the last several years has been building new services and products and taking them to market across both software and service industries. He has worked across startup, high growth, and PE backed middle market companies.

He has always been close to data and innovation, spending his early career at West Monroe Partners and many years at Slalom helping enterprise and consumer tech companies both launch new products and build the data and analytics platforms to measure and evaluate performance. In recent years, he's also focused on scaling organizations through automation, Al and new technologies. This has led to considerable EBIDTA growth across his prior portfolio companies and clients.

Kyle graduated from Indiana University with a B.S. in Computer Information Systems and International Business.
