Lee Incandela joined HarbourVest in 2019 to focus on private credit investments and is a member of the Credit Investment Committee.

Prior to joining the Firm, Lee spent over nine years at THL Credit Advisors, where he was most recently a director in the Direct Lending Group focused on originating, structuring, underwriting, and managing secured and unsecured debt investments in the middle market. He has experience investing in senior, junior, and equity capital in sponsored and non-sponsored transactions. Prior to joining THL Credit Advisors, Lee was an investment banking analyst at both BMO Capital Markets and Jefferies & Company as part of the mergers and acquisitions team and later the Healthcare group.

Lee received a BS in Economics from Vanderbilt University in 2007.
