Leor Landa is the head of Davis Polk's Investment Management practice. He advises a wide range of clients on the formation and operation of private investment funds, including private equity, hedge, credit, secondary, real estate and infrastructure funds.

As a leading adviser for complicated secondary transactions, he acts for elite buy-side players and major sponsors, structuring and steering the secondaries market’s most complex and innovative transactions.
