Lou Rassey is Co-CEO & Managing Partner of McNally Capital, bringing 30 years of executive leadership across private equity, technology, and business operations. Before joining McNally in 2024, Lou spent over 12 years as a Partner at McKinsey & Company, where he co-led the firm's private equity due diligence and corporate performance improvement practices. He went on to co-found Fast Radius, Inc., a tech-enabled manufacturing platform recognized by the World Economic Forum as one of the world's most advanced factories. Lou has advised global leaders across the public and private sectors and has been published in the Harvard Business Review, Wall Street Journal, Forbes, and The Economist. He holds an MBA and MS in Mechanical Engineering from MIT, and currently serves on the boards of McNally portfolio companies Dedicated Computing and Smith & Oby. Lou is based in Chicago.
