Lucy Wilson is a Vice President at Alignment Growth, where she is responsible for originating, evaluating, and adding value to the firm’s investments. Ms. Wilson joined the firm shortly after its inception in 2021 and focuses on investments in film and TV, live events, and the creator economy. Ms. Wilson currently serves as an Observer on the Board of Directors of Wheelhouse Group and Elefantec Global Holdings and maintains an active role in the firm’s investments in Fever and Spyglass Media Group.

Prior to joining Alignment Growth, Ms. Wilson worked in investment banking at UBS, where she advised on mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt financings, and leveraged buyouts.

Ms. Wilson graduated Summa cum laude from Boston College with a B.A. in Economics.
