Matt is a Managing Director at Charlesbank Capital Partners. He joined the firm in 2016 as a founding member of Charlesbank’s Credit platform and today helps lead the Credit Opportunities strategy and its nearly 20-person team. Prior to Charlesbank, Matt worked at Palmer Square Capital Management, a credit asset manager, where he was an Executive Director. Earlier in his career, he held a similar role at Nomura Securities, and he also worked at Goldman Sachs and Lehman Brothers.

Matt attended Texas Christian University and received a BBA in Finance and Accounting, magna cum laude.
