Michael Considine represents clients in connection with significant corporate matters, focusing on strategic investments, mergers and acquisitions, and joint ventures. While he has experience in a variety of industries, his practice is focused on professional sports investments and sports-adjacent assets. Michael helped establish the Dallas office of Kirkland in 2018 and now helps lead the Firm’s sports practice. He has advised clients in connection with investments in the NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, MLS, NWSL, NASCAR, Formula One, International Football and other professional and emerging leagues. Michael serves as a Director of the American Red Cross (North Texas) and The IRISI Foundation, sending under-resourced teens to outdoor leadership camps.
