Mitch Reed is a Managing Director and serves as a dedicated principal and partner on the Investment Committee for PGIM Private Capital’s Direct Lending strategy. For several years he also had responsibility for the San Francisco and Sydney* Global Finance offices. Prior to his current role, Mitch held positions of increasing responsibility in our Atlanta, Newark, and San Francisco offices, where he was responsible for originating, marketing, and managing investments. He joined PGIM in 1991. Mitch received a BA from Amherst College. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation. Mitch has served as a director or observer on the board of several PGIM Capital Partners portfolio companies and chaired the Investment Committee of a PGIM subsidiary. *Operates through PGIM (Australia) Pty Ltd.
