Monique Austin leads HarbourVest’s Evergreen Solutions Team, which is focused on the growth, investment performance and operations of HarbourVest’s evergreen products globally. Previously, Monique played a transformative role in the growth and development of HarbourVest’s custom solutions business. She also worked as a lawyer for HarbourVest and held longstanding roles as advisor to HarbourVest’s Direct Investment Committee and Portfolio Construction Committee. Monique received a BA (magna cum laude) from Boston College and a JD (cum laude) from Boston University School of Law.
