Neha Nanda is a senior financial services executive with over 18 years of experience leading teams across the U.S. and Asia-Pacific in institutional lending, consumer finance, and fintech innovation. She has built and scaled products at the intersection of fintech, capital markets, and enterprise software, with leadership roles at global institutions, including Citigroup, HSBC, and LendingPoint. Neha's career spans the full spectrum of financial services, from institutional lending and consumer finance to technology-driven innovation in modern fintech environments. Previously, Neha served as the regional head at Citigroup, where she oversaw a $32 billion unsecured lending portfolio across 17 markets in APAC and EMEA, generating over $1 billion in incremental revenue. She has led product, analytics, and strategy functions, consistently delivering transformative solutions in high-growth and regulated markets. Neha holds a Master’s in Financial Engineering from Columbia University and a Bachelor’s in Technology from IIT Madras.
