Profile

Rachel Springate is the co-founding General Partner of Muse Capital, a consumer technology fund investing in companies that should exist, especially those redefining how we care, live, and play. With a background in luxury partnerships, brand strategy, and early-stage tech, Rachel brings unmatched relationship capital and commercial instinct to the table—turning bold ideas into scalable businesses.

Since launching Muse in 2016 alongside her partner Assia Grazioli-Venier, Rachel has helped shape a portfolio of 50+ investments: including Midi, Conceivable Life Sciences, Ohai, CoFertility, Flickplay, and Beekeeper’s Naturals. More than 70% of the portfolio is led by female and underrepresented founders, a reflection of her deep commitment to backing the overlooked and underestimated.

Rachel and Assia also co-created Muse Sport, the advisory arm of Muse Capital, offering core investors exclusive access to sports and sports-adjacent opportunities, including the Washington Spirit, SailGP, Sequel, Sports Innovation Lab, the Women’s Pro Baseball League, and more.

Originally from the UK, Rachel rose through the ranks of brand research and global sales, ultimately serving as Global Head of Corporate Sales at Quintessentially. There, she led partnerships for clients including Amex, LVMH, Gucci, Google, and Ferrari; building a global network of founders, talent, and industry leaders. After relocating to New York, she began advising early-stage tech startups, helping them translate vision into traction through sharp business development and strategic execution.

Rachel is a current Kauffman Fellow and a fierce advocate for diversity in venture capital. Rachel is based in Los Angeles and is the proud mother of two.
