Rajneesh Vig is a Managing Director at Anchor Bay. Prior to joining Anchor Bay, Raj was Co-Head of US Private Capital (USPC) group at BlackRock where he oversaw a team managing over $20bn across Direct Lending, Special Situations and Structured Capital funds. He also served as Chairman and CEO of BlackRock-TCP Capital Corp (TCPC), and the BlackRock Private Credit Fund (BDEBT), the firm’s public and non-traded BDCs, respectively. Raj was also Chairman of the Investment Committee for USPC across all funds. Before joining BlackRock, Raj was a Managing Partner at Tennenbaum Capital Partners, where he was also Chairman of the Investment Committee and a member of the Management Committee. Prior to TCP, Raj held roles within Investment Banking, Debt Capital Markets and the Structured Solutions Group at Deutsche Bank Securities from 1999 through 2006. Raj earned a B.A. in Economics from Connecticut College and an M.B.A from New York University.
