Ray Grant leads Partnerships and Strategic Initiatives at Altvia Solutions, where he focuses on expanding the firm’s technology ecosystem and driving innovation for alternative investment clients. He previously oversaw Customer Success, Support, and Managed Services, building high-performing teams and programs that strengthened client outcomes and product adoption.

Ray has extensive experience designing and implementing systems and processes for private equity, venture capital, and other alternative asset managers—spanning investment workflows, investor relations, fundraising, and back-office operations. He works closely with firms to enhance how they manage data, communicate with LPs, and leverage technology to scale.

Based in Denver with his wife and two children, Ray can usually be found skiing, hiking, or watching the Broncos, Nuggets, Avalanche, and (sadly) the Rockies.
