Siddharth (“Sid”) Hariharan serves as Vast’s Chief Financial Officer. Vast is an aerospace company building next-generation space stations. He oversees the company’s financial strategy and supporting functions. Sid has over 20 years of investment banking experience, having advised innovative and pioneering high growth companies across the technology, consumer and industrial sectors.

Prior to Vast, Sid led public and private M&A transactions, IPOs and follow-on offerings, and private equity and debt capital raises. He was most recently responsible for the Consumer Tech practice at Rothschild & Co and previous to that, Sid spent 13 years at J.P. Morgan. He lives in Los Angeles with his wife, three sons and their dog.
