Trevor Gibbons has a proven track record as an advisor to public and private companies in developing brand-building, reputation management and media engagement programs.

In addition to directing proactive multi-stakeholder communications, he has extensive experience in event-driven, special situations, issues management and crisis communications. Prior to joining Prosek, Trevor was a Managing Director at Joele Frank, Wilkinson Brimmer Katcher where he advised on friendly and hostile M&A transactions, financial restructurings and in defending against public and private activist situations. Before Joele Frank, he spent nearly seven years at Edelman and served as a Senior Vice President of the Financial Communications practice in New York.

Earlier in his career, Trevor practiced law at Millennium Management, a New York-based hedge fund, and as an associate at Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP. Trevor received both his AB in international relations and his JD from Georgetown University. He is a member of the New York State Bar, a Chair of the Young New Yorkers for the Philharmonic and a former Trustee of Democracy Prep Public Schools.
